Deliveries to Switzerland

Are you a Swiss customer? Then you don’t have to pay German sales tax (19%). At the checkout, this will be deducted from the value of the goods and replaced with the Swiss import sales tax (7.7%), which we pay to the Confederation for you. For orders with a net value of EUR 1,000 or more, there is also a small customs declaration fee.

Deliveries to non-EU countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, you will receive an invoice without VAT as well as all the documents necessary for export/import.

Your shipment includes Tax Free documents if you have requested them in advance with the appropriate billing address. Please contact our service team here.

Deliveries in Germany - Residents in non-EU countries

If your delivery address is in Germany but you are registered in a non-EU country, you can have the export confirmed by German customs and Yorxs will subsequently refund the German VAT of 19%. To do this, you must have Yorxs deliver a signed export certificate with your piece of jewelry in advance and then send it back to Yorxs by post with the original stamped by German customs upon export.

Delivery times

For each product, a delivery time in working days is stated on the detail page. This is intended as a guideline so that you can estimate when your diamond or diamond jewelry will arrive. The delivery time is calculated from the working days of processing, packaging and shipping. Please note that your piece of jewelry will be made individually for you. This results in longer delivery times, which can be up to four weeks. After receiving the shipping confirmation, you will usually receive your order in the morning of the next working day (Saturday deliveries are also possible upon request).

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know by email or chat. You also have the option of leaving a message for Yorxs during the ordering process. To do this, use the “Message to Yorxs” input field. We will take this date into account and try to produce your order in time so that you can keep your appointment.

Our shipping methods

Our orders, depending on the value of your goods, are delivered to your doorstep by our insured cash courier service or FedEx. Valuable Courier Service and FedEx specialize in shipping high-priced and valuable goods. Since your order is insured to your door, we recommend that you inspect your package for damage and tampering before accepting it and signing the delivery confirmation.

Packaging

Diamonds

Loose diamonds are delivered in a sealed GIA security box. For diamonds larger than 0.23 carats, the original certificate from an internationally renowned diamond certification laboratory (GIA, HRD, AGS) is included. The delivery of loose diamonds in blister packs occasionally occurs, but is unusual for our sightholders, most of whom are among the most important diamond sightholders, as blister packs are manufactured exclusively for retail customers. If the diamond was ordered individually and was delivered to us in a blister packaging (i.e. sealed by the certification institute), we will also deliver the stone to you in this packaging. Blistered stones are readily accepted by non-specialist retailers for resale. The professional wholesaler prefers to be able to look at the stone directly.

Diamond jewelry

We'll wrap your gift for you - and not just any way! Your piece of jewelry is presented in an elegant, purple and silky shimmering jewelry box. At your request, we will add an elegant gift card with a personal message to your order – free of charge to you, of course. During the ordering process, in the “Message to Yorxs” input field, simply enter the desired text that should adorn the gift card.

Outer packaging

Your order will always be delivered in discreet outer packaging. This packaging prevents the valuable contents and the origin of the package from being recognized by third parties. We attach great importance to discretion so that you receive your package undamaged and can enjoy its contents for a long time.
