Our returns process
Inform Yorxs
- It is best to let us know by email to service@yorxs.de which purchased item you want to return. You can also use the sample cancellation form sent when placing your order.
- We will then send you a return label for the return by email.
- Please stick the return label on the well-packaged package.
- Please let us know by email or telephone when we can have the package picked up from you.
- Once we have received and inspected the shipment, we will contact you to process the refund.
Packing the returned goods
- If possible, include all original packaging materials with your goods. This is to protect the goods.
- If your product came with a diamond certificate, please include the original certificate with the goods. If the original certificate is not returned, this will worsen the situation as a new certificate will have to be ordered (this can cost up to €250).
- For safety reasons, please do not write YORXS on the outside of the box. You will receive a return label from Yorxs via email with insurance included. Please print this out and stick it on the securely sealed package.
To note
Please note that products to be returned must not show any signs of wear. This means that jewelry must be returned unworn.
Loose diamonds are sent to you by Yorxs in sealed packaging. This seal (blister packaging, or our sealed Yorxs GIA packaging box, with holographic security label) does not have to be damaged or opened when returned. We will no longer accept an opening of the seal as a return! If you have any questions, please contact us first by phone or email so that we can help you. Only open the seal if you want to keep the loose diamond.
