We recommend that our customers insure their jewelry. If you have taken out household contents insurance, it is usually possible to have it cover newly purchased pieces of jewelry. To do this, you must report your piece of jewelry to the insurer. If you need product descriptions or other evidence of the product you purchased from us in addition to your invoice, you can contact us at any time.
