Deliveries to Switzerlandz

Are you a Swiss customer? Then you do not have to pay German VAT (19%). This will be deducted from the value of the goods at the checkout and replaced with the Swiss import sales tax (7.7%), which we pay to the Swiss Confederation on your behalf. For orders with a net value of EUR 1,000 or more, there is also a small fee for the customs declaration.

Deliveries to non-EU countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, you will receive an invoice without VAT and all documents required for export/import.

Deliveries in Germany - Resident in a non-EU country

If your delivery address is in Germany, but you are registered in a non-EU country, you can have the export confirmed by German customs and Yorxs will subsequently refund the German VAT of 19%. To do this, you must have Yorxs send you a signed export certificate with your piece of jewelry in advance and then send the original, stamped by German customs, back to Yorxs by post upon export.

Delivery times

A delivery time in working days is given for each product on the details page. This is intended as a guide so that you can estimate when your diamond or piece of diamond jewelry will arrive. The delivery time is calculated from the working days for processing, packaging and shipping. Please note that your piece of jewelry is made individually for you. This results in longer delivery times of up to four weeks. After receiving the shipping confirmation, you will usually receive your order on the morning of the next working day (Saturday deliveries are also possible on request).

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know by email or chat. You also have the option of leaving a message to Yorxs during the ordering process. Please use the “Message to Yorxs” input field. We will take this date into account and try to produce your order in good time so that you can keep your appointment.

Our shipping methods

Depending on the value of your order, it will be delivered to your door by our insured courier service or FedEx. The value courier service and FedEx specialize in shipping high-value and valuable goods. As your order is insured to your front door, we recommend that you check your parcel for damage and tampering before accepting it and signing the delivery confirmation.

Packaging

Diamonds

Loose diamonds are delivered in a sealed GIA security box. For diamonds of 0.23 carats or more, the original certificate from an internationally renowned diamond certification laboratory (GIA, HRD, AGS) is enclosed. Loose diamonds are occasionally delivered in blister packs, but this is unusual for our sightholders, most of whom are among the most important diamond sightholders, as blister packs are produced exclusively for retail customers. If the diamond was ordered individually and delivered to us in blister packaging (i.e. sealed by the certification institute), we will also deliver the stone to you in this packaging. When reselling, blistered stones are readily accepted by non-specialist retailers. Professional wholesalers prefer to be able to view the stone themselves.

Diamond jewelry

We wrap your gift for you - and not just any old way! Your piece of jewelry will be presented in an elegant, purple-colored and shimmering silk jewelry box. If you wish, we can add an elegant gift card with a personal message to your order - free of charge for you, of course. Simply enter the text you would like on the gift card in the “Message to Yorxs” input field during the ordering process.

Outer packaging

Your order will always be delivered in discreet outer packaging. This packaging prevents third parties from recognizing the valuable contents and the origin of the parcel. We attach great importance to discretion so that you receive your parcel undamaged and can enjoy its contents for a long time.
